Knowing what the customer wants can help you make useful suggestions. Moreover, it is important to also learn to deal with complaints. Everyone cannot be pleased at all points of time. Good customer service involves inculcating the art of being courteous, helpful and kind. Keeping a follow up of the customer is essential for the customer to know that he is important. And lastly, the key to perfect customer service is to be someone they can trust.
